This project began with a complete tear-off, removing one full layer of old shingles and underlayment so our team could inspect the roof deck and address any hidden issues before installing the new system.

The new roof includes:

• CertainTeed starter shingles installed on all eaves and rakes
• Ice & Water Shield (peel-and-stick) at eaves, valleys, and roof penetrations
• Synthetic underlayment across the remaining roof surface
• 26-gauge pre-painted metal components, including:

• Open W-valley flashing
